Smart playlist fault by criteria rating = Not rated

Hey,
I'm one of the oldest fan boys of PlayerPro (Android) and I use it excessive to rate my songs and make smart playlist.
No I discovered a bug with the smart play list.
I made a smart play list to find songs which are not rated, so can play them and rate it.

So I made the list with the criteria "rating is Not rated", all rules, number of 100 files and random.
The generated list consists songs (all mp3 format) with no rating, but also songs with rating.
If I play the songs, I see no stars on the screen but if I let show the ID3-tags, there are ratings.
You can see this in the two screenshots which I added to this post.

Do you may have an idea whats happened here?

Have you imported the ratings from the tags into PlayerPro?

Settings > Music library > Import additional tags
