Hi,

Thanks to the help of people that have sent me an email, I could make the AVRCP work for Cyanogen and aokp ROMs. The fixes will be available with next update of PlayerPro on the market (2.43).

@Ferrograph: could you plz send me an email to my developer address and I'll investigate to see if your phone could be supported as well.

Thks,
Tristan

I have a stock (rooted) Galaxy S2 running latest ICS and playerpro and the avrcp option enabled, but track info don't get displayed. It work with the stock player.

Is there a way to get it to work? Thanks

Still doesn't work for me on SGS I9000 running a recent CM9 nightly. No big deal, just reporting.

Hi, just reporting:

The 2 new version this month have everything working except track position.
Track position stays at 0:00. It will update once if I hit pause.

The test version I received from your email does not have that issue.

Actually it's working just fine for me I just missed the AVRCP switch in the media library (?!) section of settings. Thanks for that and please move the switch to headset options.

With the newest version AVRCP1.3 works a charm with my Parrot MKi9200 in my car. Song title, album and artist are shown and the correct length of the song. Really, really great work! I will make a picture soon and post it here :)

installed the trial as i am looking for a media player to stream track data to my alpine stereo,

i have a galaxy S2 running stock vodafone ICS 4.0.3 and switch to 4.0.4

on the stock it will display the initial track info but will not refresh for further tracks unless i cycle through the listing options on the stereo.

on 4.0.4 it works fine and updates as soon as the next track starts.

i am trying to stay on the stock rom, even tried a factory restore and a fix permissions in recovery mode but neither have helped.

Hello, i use playerpro (full version; release 2.7 16 March 2013) on android 4.1.1 combined with SE MW-600 via bluetooth; the problem remeins; SE MW-600 displays "unknown" for any track; whereas with Google Play Music it works fine - show track name.

Please, solve this problem.

I changed from LG 2X optimus to SG SIII 4 months ago.
Song-ID was working most of the time, but not always. i had to reboot the phone to get song-id info working on my car-stereo.

I have auto update turned on on my SIII so i always get the latest version of Player-Pro
i noticed that for several (maybe 3?) weeks that song-id info got stuck at 1 particular song and i can't reset it.
i rebooted my phone, i even rebooted my car-stereo it is still displaying the song: "Cryosonic" for weeks already, i can't get it out it seems to be stuck for ever on the same song-id info.

i think it is caused by some recent update of Player-Pro because it was working pretty well for some months.
i also tried a blackberry to stream A2DP music to the same carstereo, works flawless.

please fix this
