Widget album picture not showing when first turn on

Hi it is not letting me go on the internet for artwork proplayer saying there is a problem

Hi I use proplayer my new phone is a Experia 10 iii
I use go launcher and I can't somehow is proplayer widget keeps saying can't access proplayer ,but my old phone was Sony Experia it works fine.
But I can use widget on new phone thank you
