Why is here no answer from the developers or anybody else from the responsible player app team

I'm waiting very strongly for a solution for this "heavy problem" as soon as possible.

Hello dear Player Pro customer support Team, since "June 2025" already your widget from the Player Pro application is not working anymore‼️ I cannot see it, it is not showing up anymore and due 2 this big problem, I have not the functionality to control and to manage the audio files anymor...

No answer on mine is really not a good attitude..

Is my request so unsolvable and difficult that u cannot provide me that older apk file, Tristan?
